The Challenge: De-risking Multi-Tier Application Migration

Enterprise applications frequently communicate with dozens of legacy backends across physical datacenters. Migrating a single frontend or API to Azure Container Apps without accounting for inter-tier latency can degrade response times from 5ms to 80ms+. M2C Flows allows architects to visualize and simulate these topological shifts before modifying infrastructure.

Client-Side Graph Simulation Engine

To comply with strict enterprise data protection guidelines, M2C Flows runs entirely in the browser using zero telemetry. Network graphs, database topologies, and latency matrices are rendered using SVG and canvas layers, with instant scenario export for Technical Architecture Dossiers (DAT).

Key Engineering Challenges

  • Rendering massive graphs with 500+ interconnected microservices without UI thread freeze.
  • Accurately modeling Azure ExpressRoute and VPN Gateway latency hops.
